Join me in my kitchen on the shores of Strangford Lough in County Down, just 30 minutes from Belfast. A warm welcome awaits you…
Upon arrival, we will have two homemade bannocks coming out of the oven. You’ll sample both along with a glass of festive cheer – one is a Christmas sweet bannock one is a savoury Bannock. You choose which one you’d like to make.
You’ll also make a stout and treacle wheaten loaf.
Then you’ll sit down to our Christmas crumble and some sort of chocolate treat we haven’t decided yet what we’ll make! 
As always you need to be hungry when you arrive! You take home a Bannock, and a Guinness Wheaten and anything else that’s left on the table!!
