From my Kitchen to yours! Join me in my cosy Farmhouse Kitchen where I live with my husband and two boys on our small Farm by the shores of beautiful Strangford Lough I’ll be cooking our tried and trusted family recipes which form the staples of Irish food for generations. Have you ever wondered how to make an easy Irish Beef Stew which is bursting with flavour, or a delicious Apple Sponge Pudding? Cook along with me at an easy pace and enjoy the delights of traditional Irish cooking. Upon registration, I’ll send you the recipes that we’ll be cooking. The ingredients that I’m using will be everyday ingredients that you can easily obtain. You can cook along or just sit back and enjoy the session and cook another time.I’ll be cooking savoury and sweet dishes from Meatloaf to Scones, from Blackberry Crumble to Chicken and Ham Pie.

*Irish Pizza ( Soda focaccia bread)

6th March.
*Parmesan chicken and Mustard Mash
*Bread and Butter Pudding

20th March
*Cod with a delicious topping, with butterbean mash.
*Raspberry Creme Brulee with Anzac Biscuits

3rd April
*Cheese and Onion Pie with Dauphinoise potatoes.
*Flourless Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Creme Fraiche



Join me in my Farmhouse Kitchen (via Zoom ) where I’ll be cooking my family favourites.

My dishes are very easy to follow and interactive.  You’ll be able to ask me questions as I guide you through the recipe. It’s the next best thing to being in my kitchen!  You’ll get the recipes as soon as you register which will give you plenty of time to get your ingredients. Or you can choose to sit back and watch and enjoy the session and cook your dishes another time.

I know how it helps to see a dish being made, so the session will be recorded so you can watch as often as you want. That way, you can refer to it again and again. You’ll soon be cooking lots of delicious savoury and sweet recipes, from meatloaf to apple and blackberry crumble and from carrot fritters to baked rice pudding.

  • Sessions will take place twice a month, usually on a Saturday early evening from 5-6pm
  • Sessions cost £20 which includes the recorded Zoom session and the recipes
  • You will also have access to our closed Facebook group – “Tracey’s Home Cooking Sessions” where I will be sharing recipes, posting about our upcoming sessions and more.
