Join me in my kitchen on the shores of Strangford Lough in County Down, just 30 minutes from Belfast. You’ll be welcomed into my home with the aroma of home made Fruit Soda Bannock as it comes out of the oven. You’ll enjoy this sweet treat with some award winning Irish butter.  Then it’s time for some Griddle Bread making! Aprons on and we’ll make traditional breads – Soda breads, Wheaten and Potato. Our Breads are all made on the Griddle and they’re ready to eat within 15 minutes of making them! There is no need to weigh or measure anything – we make these breads in the traditional way!

You’ll take home a big bag of your homemade Breads to enjoy as part of our famous Ulster Fry, or just with a cup of tea!

What a brilliant day! Tracey was so welcoming and friendly and put everyone at their ease. It was such a lovely experience. Lots of chat and laughing, clear instructions, everything to hand, lots of help, encouragement and praise. Hugely satisfying. Came home with a bag of delicious home-made Irish breads, had some for breakfast the following morning…. and ordered a griddle!
