Looking for a hands on and very unique cookery experience? Join me in my Farmhouse Kitchen on the Shores of Strangford Lough just 30 minutes from Belfast for some traditional bread making. You’ll be welcomed into my kitchen and a big open fire with some of my Soda bannock just coming out of the oven. This will warm you up and get you ready for bread making!
Then it’s aprons on and you’ll make three traditional breads – soda wheaten and potato breads. We’ll make these in the traditional way- no measuring or weighing!
Then you will sit at the kitchen table and feast on freshly made breads hand rolled butter and my homemade jams! This is morning tea and coffee northern Irish style!
You’ll take away a big bag of your freshly breads – still warm and a copy of all of the recipes.
A very memorable experience- a 5 star experience awarded by Tourism Northern Ireland.
