You’ll be wearing a winter wetsuit and life jacket so you won’t feel the cold!
Joe, your paddle sports instructor, will help you master the basics of using the Paddle Board. You can stand up, sit or kneel whichever you find easiest. Joe will guide you around beautiful Ballymorran Bay and you’ll take a tour around the little Islands of Strangford Lough.
You’ll have worked up an appetite by now! You’ll take a 2-minute stroll back to Tracey’s Farmhouse Kitchen where the aroma of freshly cooked pizzas will welcome you to her warm and cosy home.
You’ll have space indoors to change and choice of outdoor seating in the garden or warm up inside in the cosy garden room in front of the wood burning stove. Enjoy homemade pizza prepared by Tracey and Joe in their alfresco pizza oven, along with Joe’s delicious homemade coleslaw and dessert of course
Traditional Northern Irish soda bread making - roll up your sleeves and get floury!
Join me in my kitchen on the shores of Strangford Lough in County Down, just 30 minutes from Belfast. A warm welcome awaits you with some homemade buttermilk soda bannock fresh from the oven, hot spiced apple juice or my homemade mulled wine. Then we get the aprons on…
You’ll be learning how to make Soda and Potato breads. We won’t weigh or measure anything – it’s a handful of flour and away you go!!
You’ll sit around the table where you’ll sample the freshly griddled breads, with homemade jams and Tracey’s homemade Cake! Bring an appetite!

You’ll create your own serve and garnish for three very different gins or whiskeys.
